Dave helps business owners oversee the financial health and strategy of the business driving growth and efficiency to create business value.​

In Dave's own time he enjoys keeping fit through weekly Parkrun, outdoor gym workouts and the odd ice bath. He also enjoys taking part in an annual challenge and last year raised £17k for The Children's Trust with a team summiting Mount Olympus in Greece.

Keith has been a Finance Director / Management Accountant for over 30 years.

He has gained experience across a range of business sectors including FMCG, pharmaceuticals and construction, in both the corporate and SMEs environments. This experience allows him to provide razor sharp financial advice and hands on implementation.

​Away from work, as well as keeping physically active, Keith runs the Guildford support group for the McGuire members who are recovering from stammering.

Phil is a seasoned leader with extensive experience leading commercial teams in a range of businesses from corporate multinationals, to founder led startups.

​Phil focuses on leadership and commercial strategy, business planning and commercial learning, and developing leadership programmes for companies across the world.

Phil is also a Mountain leader and North Downs Way Ambassador so is 'always outside' and believes it's a great place to create and discuss business.

Sue has 30 years experience as an MD and serving SMEs locally, and understands how overwhelming marketing can be in order to run a successful business.

Sue helps business owners and managers achieve real results attracting the right customers to achieve business growth. Connecting with people to meet their needs has always been her mantra. 

Family, friends, socialising and her love of holidays in the sun is where she devotes her personal time.
