John has over 30 years of experience in commercial property throughout Greater London and the South East.

Dave has a background as Finance Director in a commercial property management and investment company. Dave managed  a £30m property portfolio in this role, managing the tenants on a day to day basis and growing the portfolio over the last 8 years.

Patience has a background in Project Management in large environmental projects. In recent years she has used her project management skills to manage a number of building and maintenance projects. She is passionate about improving the environment and will be driving our environmental improvement projects.
